Brooklyn Diary outtakes

Brooklyn Diary is here and it's stunning! Lena Corwin curated this beautiful book with photos, maps, food and shopping picks from various artists and photographers living in Brooklyn. I've been a subscriber of Lines and Shapes books since Maria and Lena launched the first one and I love every single book...I go back to them constantly for quiet inspiration. I was so very excited when Lena asked me to contribute! I am looking forward to exploring some of the recommendations from the various artists in the book.
For the book I took photos around Saipua, the most beautiful place to take photos. I took several rolls of film and here are some of the outtakes that aren't in the book. I hope you will go get yourself a copy here...you will love it! The artists featured in the book are: Lindsey Adams Adelman, Jessica Antola, Jen Causey, Brian W. Ferry, Hikaru Furuhashi, James Gallagher, Julianna Goodman, Jennifer Gordy, Thayer Allyson Gowdy, Tim, Anna, Benji & Casper Harrington, Nidhi Malhotra, Jen Mankins, Lisa Mayock, Caitlin Mociun, Pam Morris, Christopher Silas Neal, Sarah Palmer, Youngna Park, Christopher David Ryan, Sarah Ryhanen, Jennifer Sarkilahti, Shannon South, Bronagh Staley, Kirsten Kay Thoen, Breanne Trammell, Maria Alexandra Vettese, Candice Waldron & Maya Rose, and Jessica Williams

ReplyDeletethanks brian...and yours are stunning too...as always!
ReplyDeleteThe "outtakes" are gorgeous! Love the composition and the colors. I'd love to see the ones that made the cut! :)
ReplyDeleteAll these photos are stunning, but I can't get over the colour of those gloriosa lilies! So perfect.
ReplyDeleteNidhi, these pics are RIDICULOUS and put my pictures to SHAME! Again, it's like looking like an Anthropologie catalogue. I'll never forget you saying that the anthro catalogue is so beautiful that you could line dresser drawers with it. So true...and I think so true about these outtakes above.
