cape cod and other things

Last 3 weeks went by in a blissful frenzy of travel while my mom, dad and brother were visiting from India. They arrived right before the graduation ceremonies and since then I've been touristing around the city and making short trips here and there. Now they're back home and I feel sort of disoriented with them gone and school over too.

The great news is that I have an MFA now(!). I am happy for all the productivity, learning and friendships that grad school brought and I am anxious to bring all this to the real world. I realized that my urgency to move westwards has reduced considerably since we moved to this place in Brooklyn. My parents seemed to love NY too and it was refreshing to see the city from their point of view. I fell in love with it more as we explored it together.
